Cathedral Capital Ltd has been the holding company of the Cathedral Group since December 2006.

Cathedral Capital Ltd was formed to achieve the acquistion of the former group holding company, Cathedral Capital Plc, by Alchemy Investment Plan and the Cathedral management. It is now charged with the overall governance and strategic direction of the Cathedral Group.
